The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and welcoming. The design is boutique with great attention to detail. The rooms have character and the open plan bathroom with the huge bath was great. There is an abundance of water features and natural palms around the swimming pool/courtyard and nice atmospheric lighting in the evening.
The only downside is the shortage of deck chairs around the pool and the excellent but expensive restaurant.

The hotel had a great selection of food for breakfast and the staff was very accommodating. the location was perfect as it was close to both the night market and the historic district. the free Wi-Fi was also a plus.
The room was quite small and the air conditioning was not very effective. the noise from the street outside made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent service, personnel very helpful. The boutique hotel is small, creating an nice atmosphere. Walking distance from old town of Chiang mai, or just take a tuk tuk for 30b. Highly recommed
Rooms not so dark, but this is a minor point for an excellent hotel

The service staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and of high quality. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key tourist attractions and a safe neighborhood.
The room was small and not functional, making it difficult to move around and store belongings. Our room lacked necessary amenities such as proper storage space for luggage and a comfortable sitting area.

We particularly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Good deal, very nice room, very nice hotel, very quiet, breakfast could be better, but it is an awesome place to stay in Chiang Mai. Don't miss it!

I love this hotel! The yard and decoration is full of charm... Just my cup of tea! There is many heart warming small details, like orchid in the room and bathroom, jasmine on the pillow in the evening...
Swimming pool is a bit small, reception staff is a bit cold, the buffet breakfast is tedious and not very worthwhile.

- Beautiful decorated rooms - breakfast is good - location is good - nice and romantic setting
- Junior suite is not really that much different from normal rooms. - maybe too expensive for Chiang Mai boutique hotel - wireless internet is slow - cocktails from the bar are not really good

Great location, comfortable rooms
Bathrooms a bit tired. As it was new years eve we had to have the compulsory gala dinner which was very expensive (70 euros each and we are a family of four!) and not at all value for money. In fact it was almost twice the cost of the room!
